The hotel can only be reached by cable car from Wiler (Lötschental). Parking spaces and the bus stop are located directly at the valley station of the Lauchernalp cable car in Wiler.
In summer, use of the cable car is free with the guest card. In winter, the guest card entitles you to a reduction on single cable car rides. The cable car is included with a valid ski pass.
