Our cancellation conditions.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival

are accepted without charge.

If canceled rooms can no longer be rented

For cancellations 13-8 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged; 7-3 days prior to arrival, 75% will be charged; and 3-0 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged. If a room can be reoccupied, the cancellation fees will not apply.

Bad weather, accident/illness etc.

are not the hotelier's risks, but those of the guest. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

> We will try to be accommodating in the event of direct bookings being canceled.

If the room category is not fully booked at the time of cancellation or if we are subsequently able to rebook the room, we will not charge any costs.
